I talked to several breeders before connecting with Eric and he spent over an hour with me on the phone the first time I talked to him. I was very specific about the qualities I was looking for in a dog and it was evident that Eric had similar goals. All of his puppies are top of the line dual purpose gun dogs and family members. On top of this, Eric and Ingrid go above and beyond in their support for all of their buyers from vet questions, training advice, and support through the NAVHDA testing process. At 18 months old, everyone who has hunted behind Otto has been amazed at his bird finding abilities and intensity on point. Thanks Point North!

Working with Point North Gundogs was a fantastic experience. We not only received an outstanding puppy with phenomenal natural ability and drive, but also a wonderful pet and companion for our family. I own a Point North gundog. I have also hunted over several from the kennel. I can tell you with certainty they are exceptional dogs.  Our Apollo has proven himself a steadfast hunter, loyal companion, and wonderful with my younger kids. We are already in line to acquire another. It would be difficult for me to overstate just how dedicated the team at Point North Gundogs is to their dogs and the success of their future dog owners. Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and let you know how incredibly happy we are with Rhett. He is everything we could have hoped for and more. In the field, he is a MACHINE with a phenomenal nose and a strong drive to hunt. Watching him work is a true pleasure, and his range and hunting IQ keep getting better with every hunt. At home, Rhett is just as impressive. He is unbelievably gentle, patient, and loving with our children. They climb on him, wrestle with him, poke and prod, and he takes it all in stride with nothing but calm tolerance and affection. He has also fully claimed his role as family cuddle companion and especially loves curling up with my wife. He truly has the sweetest disposition. Rhett has fit seamlessly into our family, and we love him more than we ever expected. We feel very lucky to have him and are grateful for the work you do.
